Naval Club of Toronto
The Naval Club of Toronto, which, for decades, had its home on Hayden Street (one block south of Bloor, just east of Yonge), was planning to move into a building on Danforth Avenue, between Woodbine and Coxwell. That building collapsed while it was being renovated. Their new home is the former Michelangelo's Restaurant at 1910 Gerrard Street East.

Southeast Corner OMB decision
The rezoning application was turned down by the city, and the applicant appealed the decision to the Ontario Municipal Board. The OMB decision, announced 21 Dec. 2009, gave the developer everything they wanted.
